Welcome to Studio 8 Hair Loft! We are a hybrid organic & vegan salon that offers high quality color, hair cutting, extension, & styling services with the environment and your health being the first priority. Selecting products that are certified organic, have sustainable ingredients, cruelty-free, and vegan are the top critiques we look for, along with other values (eco packaging, alcohol free, ammonia & paraben free, etc) to ensure we are using healthier products for ourselves, and for our salon guests. We also participate in Green Circle recycling to recycle items that we cannot recycle locally like used color, hair clippings, single use items, etc. We feel wonderful knowing that our footprint is a little more greener with our strides to protect our world! In the world of hair, we are always learning, growing, and innovating. It is a constant movement that doesn't end, much like how the number 8 is an infinite loop that doesn't have an end point. In numerology, the number 8 resonates with self-confidence, inner-strength, inner wisdom, social status, ego and at the same time has to love for humanity and a desire for peace. Cancellation Policy
Here at Studio 8, our time is just as valuable as yours. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours cancelation notice if needing to cancel an existing appointment.
All new clients are required to leave a booking deposit which goes towards the final price of services rendered. This deposit will not be refunded if cancelation occurs less than 24 hours before the time of the schedulded service unless the stylist can fill the opening.
Existing clients needing to cancel, a 50% charge will be applied if your appointment is canceled in less than 24 hours from the scheduled service time unless the stylist can fill the opening.
If a rebooking is required, please still provide a 24 hour notice. Deposits will carry over to your rebooking time. Repetitively needing to reschedule within less than 24 hours may result in a 50% non-refundable deposit or permission for only same day booking will be allowed.
No showing an appointment will result in a 50% charge. Our time is valuble and we provide confirmations and reminders out of courtesy to make sure you arrive to your appointment. No showing an appointment will also result in booking pemissions being revoked from our salon.
We understand life and emergencies happen, and will evaluate each situation on a case by case basis.
*Due to the intimate size of our studio, we ask that children, or extra guests do not attend your hair service appointment with you. We do not have a reception area for extra guests to wait. Please make sure you attain proper child care before your service, this way you can sit back, and relax! Thank you for your understanding!*
